The room is always so calming and relaxing with oils, spa music and water trickling. The bed is heated and very comfortable, I’ve had to stop myself dozing off a few times! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage with Hayley, and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment she walked in and smiled, I felt relaxed. Hayley is very skilled and truly knows how to tailor the session to meet your needs. She used just the right amount of pressure and techniques to release tension and ease my muscles. I had a mix of hot stone massage and lymphatic drainage. When she left, I felt completely rejuvenated and light. I had a great massage with Claire today. at the start Claire asks you if you have any issues or niggles, I said my shoulders feel very tight so Claire concentrated on my shoulders using massage and using the amazing Hot stones aswell, I had a full body massage and Claire also worked on my legs as I have a 10k race on Saturday, my shoulders and legs feel great, ready to race 🏃‍♂️ A totally five star treatment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have regular sports massages with Flo to help stay injury free for running. I always feel great after a massage and since working with Flo I've definitely seen a reduction in injuries and niggles, and when they do occur she knows exactly how to target them to help nip them in the bud (looking at you IT Band). She's also super friendly and will make you feel really relaxed and comfortable in the session. All in all a great service and very good value!

I had my first sports massage with Sue. She focused on the tension in my neck and shoulders and I left the session feeling relaxed and with greater understanding of my body. I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my feedback and provided me with lots of advice during the session on improving my posture, breathing and how to execute exercises properly. I would highly recommend Sue and will definitely be returning in the future.

Hayley arrived promptly and was set up within minutes. She was friendly and professional, explaining how she would be carrying out my treatment. After asking appropriate questions and ensuring I was comfortable, she began my massage. I had a full body massage plus face and scalp. It was truly amazing. She worked so hard and left me feeling tension free and very relaxed. I would highly recommend this talented lady.

I've used a fair few sports massage therapists over the last 20 years and Sue is by far the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable - always helps to ease the various aches and pains with her excellent massages. She recommends specific exercise for strengthening to help prevent reoccurrence. I can't recommend her highly enough!
