Sports Massage has been my doorway into massage, I've been a therapist for 10 years now. Scar Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage came later, both such gentle and powerful techniques. Cupping and Dry Needling enhance all of the massage modalities I offer. Prior to becoming a Massage Therapist I was a Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach, this really helps me understand more about movement.
