I had my haircut with Kerry, Kerry is brilliant, so experienced, I have no words! She asked me what hair cut I would like, how much I would like cut off, and what sort of fringe would suit me! I LOVE my hair, I always do after I visit this hair salon! I'm not going anywhere else, I have found the best in carlisle. In addition to my wonderful haircut by Kerry, I had a lovely chat with her. She is a wonderful sweet person and will brighten your day!

One word: wow! I received a Hair Straightening Treatment from Kelsey yesterday and my hair has never felt so smooth. The atmosphere in the salon was warm and relaxing from the moment I went in and all of the staff were very welcoming and genuinely lovely throughout my whole appointment. So hard to find a salon that is easily accessible for my wheelchair but this was amazing. Julie was patient and so helpful. I have severe light sensitivity that leaves me in agony and this salon was perfect, not dazzling bright like most places. Car park meant not too far too wheel myself too. Totally recommend this wheelchair friendly hairdressers

First time I've been to Julie. The consultation a few days before was very good and not rushed. At the appointment we confirmed colour correction I wanted to achieve. All through the appointment she checked my hair at every step. Dried my hair and applied another toner. Told me to wash my hair at the weekend ( it could fade) and if I am not happy come back next Tuesday. Julie took time to make sure I was happy with my hair.

First time I've been to Julie, and wow! I have never been happy with any cut or highlights before. The consultation a couple of days before was very good, not rushed. Then on the day, once again it wasn't rushed, we spoke again about the colour i was hoping to achieve. All through the appointment i felt in good hands, it was a totally different experience for me, she checked every step along the way with me with the colour and cut to make sure we were on the same page and my expectations would be met. Hair looks and feels amazing 😍

Never been disappointed with the service I receive at Headways, Carlisle. On this occasion I had my hair coloured by Gillian (my usual hairdresser) and as usual received great service and had great banter. The store is easily accessible via bus (62 79) or own transport. If short stay, can park immediately outside or alternatively there is Stanwix Bank Car Park within walking distance.

Mia listened to my thoughts and guided me on the best option for my hair. My cut is beautiful. we had lots to talk about and I would recommend. Love my new blonde and that is matched now with the already processed ends of my hair. Had a hair treatment too. This has made my hair feel soft and nourished. Best it has ever felt after a colour. My hair is long and thick so took a bit more time than planned as I was a new client. But this was down to Mia’s attention to detail. Definitely good value for money. going back for a hair style with a plait. Her photos look great !

Went in for highlights and trim on Saturday. My hair left the salon looking beautiful and when the sun catches my hair the colours are amazing! Lucy did a fantastic job on my hair and now I jusy feel like a new me 🥰
