It was my first time visiting Hairology and i wasn't disappointed, the salon is great, and Lisa who i had my appointment with was friendly and put me at ease, and my hair was perfect. Will definitely return.

Fabulous. Vicki gets my colour perfect every time and the cut is brilliant, means I can easily style it at home. Lovely salon and friendly atmosphere… the coffees good too!

One word: wow! I received a Hair Straightening Treatment from Kelsey yesterday and my hair has never felt so smooth. The atmosphere in the salon was warm and relaxing from the moment I went in and all of the staff were very welcoming and genuinely lovely throughout my whole appointment. Kelsey checked in with me multiple times, for the water temperature, to treatment to endless cups of teas and general comfor throughouthank you so much again for such an enjoyable experience- you really put me at ease and I will definitely be coming back when I next need a hair appointment. 100% recommend thi

Love getting my hair done by Emma, made to feel really welcome and comfortable in the salon and she always understands what I'm asking for from my colour treatment and checks what you want during each stage of the process. She is responsible and won't do anything that will damage/fry your hair, or cut too much off long hair. Transparent about cost. Highly recommended.

I had my first appointment with Anna today, and I’m so happy with the results! She did a beautiful job with my scalp bleach and platinum blonde—it’s the perfect tone, not too grey, and no toner residue. Anna is so lovely—calming, friendly, and really knew exactly what I wanted. The whole salon is wonderful, and all the ladies are so welcoming. I’m excited to continue my hair journey with Anna, especially since she also does hair extensions !

I am so happy with my hair. I am curly and Mia took her time to make sure that she was giving me a cut which really worked with my hair type. She was warm and friendly and more than happy to teach me how to recreate my style at home. She was knowledgeable about her products and made sure I was truly happy before I left. The salon was clean and warm and welcoming. I will absolutely return.

Great first visit today. Had a wash cut and blow dry with Lisa. My hair is now feeling and looking great. Will definitely be back! Lisa really listened to what I wanted done and she delivered brilliantly and took care to make sure it was just right. The price being so reasonable and parking being free outside is a great asset to the salon too. Highly recommend a visit.

So hard to find a salon that is easily accessible for my wheelchair but this was amazing. Julie was patient and so helpful. I have severe light sensitivity that leaves me in agony and this salon was perfect, not dazzling bright like most places. Car park meant not too far too wheel myself too. Totally recommend this wheelchair friendly hairdressers

I had my haircut with Kerry, Kerry is brilliant, so experienced, I have no words! She asked me what hair cut I would like, how much I would like cut off, and what sort of fringe would suit me! I LOVE my hair, I always do after I visit this hair salon! I'm not going anywhere else, I have found the best in carlisle. In addition to my wonderful haircut by Kerry, I had a lovely chat with her. She is a wonderful sweet person and will brighten your day!

Love my new hair colour, relaxed atmosphere in the salon and good value for money.

Went in for highlights and trim on Saturday. My hair left the salon looking beautiful and when the sun catches my hair the colours are amazing! Lucy did a fantastic job on my hair and now I jusy feel like a new me 🥰

It was my first visit to the salon and Anna was great. I love my haircut . I will be back on a regular basis now

Vicki was lovely, she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, I was very pleased with the results. The salon was nice and relaxing. Would definitely recommend Vicki, excellent.
