Amazing! Ashley was able to do a major colour correction for me today that turned out gorgeous and Kat gave me a fantastic haircut with so much volume and the cutest curls. I’m all set for a birthday party and I think I’ve found my new favourite salon. Thank you to everyone who made my experience so wonderful. Lovely service, I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Venus and Victotia Salan and Spa. My hair Stylist Samantha was amazing she talked to me smd gave me suggestions on how tk cut hair based on the texture of my hair and my hair is very thick, she cut ✂️ my hair to give me layered look where my hair has a nice flow to it. She was very knowledgeable about hair styles and and hair suggestions for kind of my hair which is very thick. She was welcoming, personable, and professional - really honing in on what my expectations were for my haircut, and we even discussed services that she can/will offer for my next visit. I booked an appointment with Anissa for a balayage colouring treatment. She is so precise and determined to do a great job all the while being extremely personable and making the whole experience fun while maintaining a great sense of professionalism. I’m quite particular when it comes to my hair and don’t trust many people with it (and when searching for a good colourist and stylist, I’ve recently come up short), but I plan on booking with her every time—even if it means I have to wait a little longer, rather than booking with just anyone at any salon.

Fiona has been colouring my hair for over 3 years now and she has expertly guided me through all of my phases (blond balayage, natural hair colour with management of roots, and now grey-blending). I highly recommend her! Also, the salon is newly renovated and bright and the Olenza team is friendly and welcoming, which makes for an overall great experience.

Booked an appointment to get a colour correction, Molly was absolutely phenomenal, she was kind and patient. I have tons of hair so this was a 4 hour process! The end was result was amazing!! I’m beyond happy. The salon is beautiful and the staff are so kind and welcoming. I am definitely making this place my go to moving forward!!

Melissa and her associates are awesome at what they do. Their location is convenient, clean, bright and there’s lots of parking. She takes her time with you and the outcome is always amazing! Among many talents, her bob/lob is on point. Highly recommend if you want a hair person that will listen, provide advice on style (if needed) and execute to perfection! Can’t wait to see you again!

I found The Lash Bar on Instagram and decided to try it out for my brows and I will be a returning customer! Iryna did my brows (tint and shaping) and she was AMAZING!! AMAZING!! I've only been with Tasha for 13 months. In this time she has been the only one who has been able to grow my hair using her weave extensions. I tried almost every extension there is only to have my hair totally damaged. I'm so happy with my hair now. Tasha is very knowledgeable, patient, listens to what her clients want and loves what she does. Every time I leave the salon I feel like a million bucks! Lenny is the best! He’s courteous, respectful and is the best example of attention to detail. He will not let you leave of the seat until he is completely satisfied by the haircut! That is a rear thing these days. They have maintained a very soothing and welcoming atmosphere in the salon!

I have been going to this salon for many years and always have a positive experience! Mostly I have curly hair cuts and colours with Anissa who I would describe as a "hair artist." I always learn something new about caring for my hair when I visit, and am always happy with the care and attention that I get. I have also had services with other staff, including eye brow tinting and other hair services when Anissa has not been available. All are excellent and attentive!
