I got my eyelashes done for the first time today by Katie. Before my appointment she texted me directions and pictures of the building. I explained to her what look I was going for and she did an amazing job! She was so nice and gave me a little care package at the end of my appointment. If you are in the New York/ Long Island City area I definitely recommend her!

Both my brows and lashes look so good! A truly relaxing service with beautiful results. Professional service done in a very timely fashion...my technician named Anna (please forgive me if I have the wrong name :) ) carefully+ patiently discussed with me about how I wanted my brows to be shaped also explaining the step by step for my lashes+brows to ensure I was comfortable & informed. My natural shape/look plus the tint definitely refreshed my face♡. I was given aftercare instructions plus an eyebrow brush+mini brow face mask to use as well. Highly recommend their services👍🏼👏🏽

I originally went in for a brow lamination with tint and trim after speaking with Katie she suggested the henna tint with trim Oh my god I started out with no eyebrows and now I have a full set!!!! I left so happy definitely will be going back The atmosphere was very calm and intimate I left so happy I am going back for lash extensions soon!!!

I’ve been here twice now for lashes (my first time ever), and she did an amazing job. I absolutely loved how they came out and received so many compliments. The overall experience was excellent—she creates such a great vibe with soothing music, a clean and professional space, and truly warm customer service. I went back for a lash fill and a brow shaping and tint, and it was just as great the second time. Highly recommend!

Very calming and lovely eyebrow/lash technician. Was my first experience with lamination and lift + tint so I didn’t really have any expectations however the outcome was lovely. My eyebrows are beautifully shaped and styled in the way I’ve been unsuccessfully attempting in the past. I will return. She also explained the process and what to expect in after care. I love the look!

This place was nothing short of amazing. Kyle is so gentle and reassuring. This is the absolute best experience I have had with lash extensions and the variety there was just breathtaking. This isn't simply a place to go get your lashes done. He examined my face, complexion and eyebrows to choose what lashes best fit me for the sweet, natural look that I wanted. I love this place, I loved the experience and will be returning.

Anna was gentle and showed me two different ways my brows can be in one session. She laminated, shaped then tinted. I originally requested a natural look which is exactly what I got. Then I wanted a little fuller look so she put a few more spots of tint and OH MY GOD, PERFECTION. When I come back again I’m going to try going with natural— just to see how they wear. Anna is superb. Her attention to detail and kindness made the appointment next level. Also, the front desk reception was kind and the bed I laid on is unbelievably comfortable

I had 2 services done with Sasha and I'll for sure be a lifelong customer. I got powdered brows and lip neutralization and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Sasha's work is FANTASTIC and she's so sweet and accommodating. She explains everything in detail and makes sure you're comfortable throughout the entire process. I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time and that's never happened before! I spent so much money on eyebrow pencils before I met Sasha, and haven't used one since she did by brows. She is amazing and her work is phenomenal. Thank you Sasha!

This is my first time getting a lash lift (received a keratin lash lift with black tint) and I knew I was in good hands with Nikki! The seats are so comfortable, and she has the softest touch, I nearly fell asleep. She showed me options of how I’d like my lash lift to look like (which was so helpful to just point at what I wanted!) She also offered a blanket during the service which was so sweet! The space is so beautiful and peaceful. And the end results?! Girl, my lashes look so long and full. I didn’t even realize I had this much lashes. I am definitely looking forward to coming back!!

My entire experience at the Chelsea branch was fantastic. Nika, my lash technician, was AMAZING and explained every step of the procedure to me. I've had lash extensions before, but this is my first time trying the lash lift. I originally scheduled it with tint, but she told me there was no need because I have dark hair. The end result is stunning!

Alisha did a wonderful job! She was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. My lash tint was flawless and my eyebrow tint and lamination result was just what I needed. She picked the color according to my complexion and hair color combined with eye color. In the past, I experienced really overly darkened eyebrows but Alisha assured me she had the correct color for me. I was so happy with the professionalism and as always, I experienced a wonderful nap before waking up beautified! Thank you!

Pinky is so kind, and did such an amazing job on my brows (threading and tint) and lashes (lash tint). I love the meditative chanting music she plays, and it's really just such a lovely experience. I decided to stay and get reflexology and ended up doing an hour of it with Shoba! She's incredible and did a full leg massage (and scalp massage). Definitely add that on! If I lived here, I would do it every week!

Highly recommend, from start to finish everything was amazing super easy to make an appointment. I normally experience burning and itchy eyes during and after the lash process. Never had that experience here it doesnt even feel like I jave lash extensions they feel so lightweight no irritation. Absolutely love. If you want beautiful lashes Definitely book here.

been going here for my lash extensions and I absolutely love the results every time! My lashes always come out full, beautiful, and exactly how I like them. The retention is great and they last really well between fills. I also have a monthly package, which makes it super convenient and worth it. The environment is clean, relaxing, and professional, and I always feel taken care of during my appointments. Everyone was fantastic! Kate at the front desk was super helpful and got me in same day for an emergency lash removal due to a bad reaction to a new lash extension set from another salon. Maria took amazingly great care in removing the extensions. I will go back to have them do my lash extensions in the future!

She always does a wonderful job. Be visit prior to this one was with a different technician. Pool completely messed up the shape of my brows. I walked out with two different eyebrows. I came back today, and luckily she and she was able to fix the mess that the previous technician made. I am always happy with her service.
