At my first appointment, Kathy impressed me with her knowledge and communication as she assessed my lashes and explained her recommendation. We chose the douyin style—pretty, youthful, and natural. it was amazing! she was so accommodating, she even had a waiting room setup with some snacks. she was very gentle and nice. the lashes turned out perfect, and as someone with really sensitive eyes, these are very light and comfortable! i didn't tear up as much. she was kind enough to teach me how to brush my lashes too so that it would last long. definitely would recommend kathy to anyone who wants to get their lashes done! will be coming back again and again <3
