At my first appointment, Kathy impressed me with her knowledge and communication as she assessed my lashes and explained her recommendation. We chose the douyin style—pretty, youthful, and natural. Truly amazing experience. I’ve never had either of these beauty procedures done. I was made to feel comfortable with the process each step of the way. The atmosphere was very clean, pleasant, bright and welcoming. Of course Alisha was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only was she teaching her new apprentice but she made it a learning experience for me as well. The end result was exactly how I do my own eyebrow makeup, only this will last 4-6 weeks…and my little bitty unruly eyelashes are actually noticeable. Loved my relaxation time while getting pampered.

it was amazing! she was so accommodating, she even had a waiting room setup with some snacks. she was very gentle and nice. the lashes turned out perfect, and as someone with really sensitive eyes, these are very light and comfortable! i didn't tear up as much. she was kind enough to teach me how to brush my lashes too so that it would last long. definitely would recommend kathy to anyone who wants to get their lashes done! will be coming back again and again <3

This was my first experience getting lash extensions. I had a wonderful time and the owner was very kind, had patience with me being a newbie and let me adjust myself when I needed to stretch lol. The lashes came out fabulous, exactly what I wanted. Classic lashes but with some fluffyness added. If I ever need lashes again I will definitely rebook with Lilah Studio.

She's the best. I really like my lashes and it lasts at least 3 weeks.
