The Weekday Serenity Retreat package was outstanding. The steam room and pool were a great start and the massage and facial were both fantastic. The staff were very welcoming, professional and highly skilled. I highly recommend this spa.

This was the most amazing way to treat myself towards the end of the year. The head spa experience was unbelievably calming. All the staff were lovely from beginning to end, and the place itself was beautiful. They also had the option of a “silent treatment” which is great for those who just want some peace and quiet. Will be recommending to family and friends.

My best friend and I really enjoyed our 2.5 hour package for two at IOMI Spa this weekend. The fully body massage and organic body treatment was truly divine and left me feeling blissed out afterwards! Both the Beauty Therapists and IOMI Reception Staff were all a pleasure to deal with - personable, friendly and warm. Just the way we like! :) Lastly, we would like to send a special thank you to our therapists for their exceptional work, especially the massages! (It's hard to find decent Massages Therapists). I got the Couples Sublime package for me and my partner’s anniversary, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had. We really enjoyed the foot spa and the full body massage. The jacuzzi was a little bit dirty as we saw a few hairs here and there come up once it was turned on. However the beauty therapists we had were super kind, respectful and experienced which made the whole session amazing overall. We’d definitely come back again sometime :)

I booked a package for the first time, but def planning to try other treatments! I had the Izumi Urban Escape with Yu and it was just amazing. it included the Shiatsu massage, foot Reflexology and foot spa. My favorite was the reflexology. The staff were polite and attentive. I felt very comfortable and loved the experience!

My visit was exquisite! Patricia is a delightful person and the 90 minute head spa treatment is something everyone needs to experience. I felt so pampered, and the neck massage released knots I'd had for weeks. My hair and skin is so soft and I walked out absolutely glowing. I highly recommend this place. So tranquil, clean and relaxing. I'd give it 6 stars I'd I could!

Everything was top notch. I had the 'A Gracious Glow' spa package. After a 1.5hr massage and a 1hr body scrub, I felt so relaxed. Nikki had a great technique and was entirely professional start to end. Can 10/10 recommend. The girl on the desk was really sweet and friendly too.

I’m so glad I decided to get a massage from Ellie before my flight home to Hawaii—it was truly exceptional. The spa was spotless, dim, and relaxing. Despite some background noise, Ellie’s incredible talent completely overshadowed it. Her cohesive, intuitive technique had me so relaxed I fell asleep multiple times—something no other therapist has ever done. Ellie is a rare gem with unmatched skill and touch. I will always remember this excellent experience whenever I get a massage.

A beautiful spa experience. I went for the rest well package which was so relaxing, the foot massage/spa was great, the whole body massage was excellent and the facial was refreshing. My partner also had a massage here and said it was the best massage he has had for a long time! Would definitely recommend!

Can’t wait to return. The staff are all extremely professional and super friendly. I had the hair spa , but definitely going to return for a facial and a consultation for the products . Can’t rate the girls highly enough.
