Everything is personalised, from carefully selecting the right treatment for my skin on the day to adjusting the bed set-up to accommodate low blood pressure and pregnancy. I recently had a dermaplaning treatment followed by a chemical peel with Daniella, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Daniella was extremely professional from start to finish and immediately made me feel at ease. She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The results were noticeable straight away, my skin looked smoother, brighter, and incredibly radiant. The combination of dermaplaning and the peel really refreshed my complexion, and my face felt so soft and rejuvenated afterwards. I would highly recommend Daniella.

Sian always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable, which is no small thing when you’re having an intimate wax,full leg wax and under arm .She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which instantly puts you at ease. Her professionalism really stands out — everything is done with care and attention to detail, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ experience. I always leave feeling well looked after and really happy with the results. Honestly, I can’t recommend her enough!

I’ve been coming to Charlotte for lashes for 4 years now and I have always left a happy customer with sensational lashes! Since Charlotte has been doing my lashes, I will always get compliments and people ask who does them and I will always send them her way. Charlotte is a fantastic lash tech; every visit is wonderful and homely, it’s like catching up with a sister! Charlotte is a talented beautician, whenever I go to her I let her work her magic. 10/10 xox

It was my first time at the salon and I had a Lovely experience at by Chloe Leah Beauty salon. I was welcomed as soon as I arrived and asked to add my car registration to the computer so I didn’t get charged to park. It was very easy to find and there was plenty of parking. The waiting room was very welcoming and Andrea was lovely and friendly. My treatment went very well and didn’t take long. I’m very happy with my eyebrows :) Andrea also made sure the room was thoroughly cleaned after the last client and before I went in. Thank you Andrea for making it an easy and welcoming experience.

Charlotte was so lovely, friendly and professional. I always feel very nervous during makeup appointments and Charlotte put me at ease right away and had me chatting the whole time. I absolutely loved the makeup that Charlotte did for me and she listened to what I wanted while also giving her professional opinion and the result was beautiful. Micro needling. Before and aftercare advice was exceptional. When I arrived Daniella went through everything with me and explained how the treatment was going to be performed. This was my first experience of micro needling and I was a little nervous. But Daniella’s professionalism and caring manor put me at ease. Everything felt clean and clinical. My treatment went very well I am extremely pleased and can see a significant improvement after one treatment.Daniella went through the after care and provided an aftercare leaflet. I also purchased medical grade aftercare products.

I was so nervous getting my Korean lash lift and tint as I wasn't keen on keeping my eyes closed for such a long time, and I'd had a terrible experience at another salon!.But Michelle made me feel completely at ease, she talked through absolutely everything that was going on, and the time whizzed by.
