I can’t recommend Jen highly enough! Everything is personalised, from carefully selecting the right treatment for my skin on the day to adjusting the bed set-up to accommodate low blood pressure and pregnancy. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always explains what she’s doing and why. I leave every appointment feeling refreshed and glowing.

I recently had a dermaplaning treatment followed by a chemical peel with Daniella, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Daniella was extremely professional from start to finish and immediately made me feel at ease. She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The results were noticeable straight away, my skin looked smoother, brighter, and incredibly radiant. The combination of dermaplaning and the peel really refreshed my complexion, and my face felt so soft and rejuvenated afterwards. I would highly recommend Daniella.

I’ve been coming to Charlotte for lashes for 4 years now and I have always left a happy customer with sensational lashes! Since Charlotte has been doing my lashes, I will always get compliments and people ask who does them and I will always send them her way. Charlotte is a fantastic lash tech; every visit is wonderful and homely, it’s like catching up with a sister! Charlotte was so lovely, friendly and professional. I always feel very nervous during makeup appointments and Charlotte put me at ease right away and had me chatting the whole time. I absolutely loved the makeup that Charlotte did for me and she listened to what I wanted while also giving her professional opinion and the result was beautiful. Micro needling. Before and aftercare advice was exceptional. When I arrived Daniella went through everything with me and explained how the treatment was going to be performed. This was my first experience of micro needling and I was a little nervous. But Daniella’s professionalism and caring manor put me at ease. Everything felt clean and clinical. My treatment went very well I am extremely pleased and can see a significant improvement after one treatment.Daniella went through the after care and provided an aftercare leaflet. I also purchased medical grade aftercare products.

First time meeting Sophie and she made me feel so at ease, talked me through the whole process and made me feel so comfortable that I fell asleep half way through. I was so nervous getting my Korean lash lift and tint as I wasn't keen on keeping my eyes closed for such a long time, and I'd had a terrible experience at another salon!.But Michelle made me feel completely at ease, she talked through absolutely everything that was going on, and the time whizzed by.
