I can’t recommend Jen highly enough! Everything is personalised, from carefully selecting the right treatment for my skin on the day to adjusting the bed set-up to accommodate low blood pressure and pregnancy. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always explains what she’s doing and why. I leave every appointment feeling refreshed and glowing.

Sian always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable, which is no small thing when you’re having an intimate wax,full leg wax and under arm .She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which instantly puts you at ease. Her professionalism really stands out — everything is done with care and attention to detail, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ experience. I always leave feeling well looked after and really happy with the results. Honestly, I can’t recommend her enough!

Fresha doesn’t give the proper address or a contact number when booking, so it was a little fraught getting there! Wonderful that appointments are really flexible and go late into the evening! Such a lovely lady and was literally there hours and didn’t feel on a clock at all! Came away with perfectly polished toes and a new set of nails and only booked a few hours before. Lovely experience, will book again! X

I’ve been coming to Charlotte for lashes for 4 years now and I have always left a happy customer with sensational lashes! Since Charlotte has been doing my lashes, I will always get compliments and people ask who does them and I will always send them her way. Charlotte is a fantastic lash tech; every visit is wonderful and homely, it’s like catching up with a sister! It was my first time at the salon and I had a Lovely experience at by Chloe Leah Beauty salon. I was welcomed as soon as I arrived and asked to add my car registration to the computer so I didn’t get charged to park. It was very easy to find and there was plenty of parking. The waiting room was very welcoming and Andrea was lovely and friendly. My treatment went very well and didn’t take long. I’m very happy with my eyebrows :) Andrea also made sure the room was thoroughly cleaned after the last client and before I went in. Thank you Andrea for making it an easy and welcoming experience.

Charlotte was so lovely, friendly and professional. I always feel very nervous during makeup appointments and Charlotte put me at ease right away and had me chatting the whole time. I absolutely loved the makeup that Charlotte did for me and she listened to what I wanted while also giving her professional opinion and the result was beautiful. First time meeting Sophie and she made me feel so at ease, talked me through the whole process and made me feel so comfortable that I fell asleep half way through.
