Today I had the spa day facial and my eyes lashes done. The spa day facial was one of the best facials I’ve ever had. The products were lovely. I recently had the 60-minute Deep Bespoke Facial with Lauren , and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As a mum of four, a bit of peace and time to myself is all I ever ask for, and this treatment gave me exactly that!! The whole experience was so relaxing and personalised to my skin’s needs. My skin felt deeply cleansed, refreshed, glowing, and so soft afterwards . You can really tell how much care, attention, and knowledge goes into the treatment . Not only did I leave feeling pampered, but I also felt completely recharged mentally. The atmosphere was perfect !

Jen took the time to chat through my current skincare routine and goals before giving me the most relaxing deep cleanse facial in a beautifully calming space. She made me feel comfortable from the start and was so knowledgeable about skin and skincare.
