Great experience, girl boy goth tattoo was amazing and a real sweet heart. I would say to maybe bring some headphones though as the music was a bit too over bearing imo. I couldn't even hear the tattoo gun over it.

Absolutely amazing! I went to a single lobe done and it was hands down the best piercing adventure ever. Luke is such a lovely and super friendly person, measured like a pro with laser precision, and double-checked with me more times than I can count to make sure I was happy with the spot before the big moment. Would 100% go back — can’t recommend Luke enough!

Had my second appointment with Lizzie to top up my eyebrow tattoo. The results were good prior to the top up but are now amazing! Lizzie was really good, made me feel completely at ease and checked on me throughout this process. Would highly recommend. Not only do the results look amazing they have made me feel 100 times better about my appearance.

Saw Ellen for a hair cut for the first time today and had a brilliant experience. She talked me clearly through my options and explained her thoughts behind decisions, she is clearly very talented. I also felt really comfortable with her, and the salon itself has a really nice atmosphere (and playlist!). I'll definitely return, thanks!

Absolutely incredible service! I haven't felt that relaxed and welcomed at a salon or barbers for a while. I mentioned when booking my appointment that I am autistic, and Lisa did an incredible job at making the entire appointment super smooth and clear. On the pre-apppointment notes it also asked for my pronouns and what I wanted to achieve with my hair; this was really great to see! The venue is gorgeous and calm, and the free drink from the on site cafe was a lovely touch. Will definitely be returning and recommending.

Sarah was absolutely fantastic! She was so welcoming and friendly, making me feel completely at ease. She used high-quality products and clearly has excellent knowledge of hair and beauty, which she explained perfectly throughout the appointment. My hair has never felt so soft, shiny, and healthy, and she was so gentle — perfect for a sensitive-scalp girly like me! I’m so impressed with the results and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and caring stylist!

Very impressed with the hygene - Beth Chadwuxk was very thorough in her hand washing. Very pleasant during the ear piercing and made me geel relaxed. All equipment was beand new from sterile packaging. Would give highest recommendation.
