No matter which person attends you, they are all very professional and use great techniques to ensure the pain is at minimum when waxing or threading. The level of expertise is apparent when the whole process finishes, I have been numerous times and will continue as they are one of the very best around the South West London area. I travel from Morden to tooting but i know lots of others travelling far to get here!

These ladies are just amazing! All the treatments I have had so far (manicure, pedicure and waxing) have been the best!! I can’t even decide which treatment was the best because all of them were to such a high standard. I must say I am always very worried about trying a new place for waxing but Jana did such an amazing job that made waxing look so easy and painless! I had an amazing experience at Shape Zone London! The customer service from all the staff was outstanding, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend trying the Lycon hot wax, as it provides a much less painful experience compared to strip waxing. This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!
