It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. What an absultely pleasant experience. I am a plus size woman and had a lot going on down there after not waxing for 4 months so needless to say new therapist and long hair in a sensitive area I was nervous for my hollywood. I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!
