This place is reliable! They were training a lady who did my nails and did a wonderful job. I got exactly what I asked for !. The staff are consistent and apologies I don’t know her name but the nail technician with the tattoo sleeve is absolutely brilliant ! She is not only doing nails but also coordinating the place. I always feel welcome but at the same time they don’t over talk like some places , so you are able to relax. This is the place to go people of Albany and tourists! Thanks Chee Chee .

The girls are always so lovely at Ti Amo. Full of energy and always have the best banter. Asha did a beautiful job of my nails and she’s always pleasant and attentive. I haven’t gone to a different nail place since I’ve been to Ti Amo and I won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon.

I had an amazing experience getting my lash extensions done! Rae did such a fantastic job—she was professional, gentle, and made sure my lashes looked absolutely perfect. They feel so lightweight and natural, yet beautifully voluminous. The whole process was super relaxing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! If you’re looking for a skilled and friendly lash technician, I highly recommend Rae.

Absolutely adore coming to Chee Chee salon. Every time I come in I am greeted so beautifully, the girls there are incredible. Major shout out to Shazz, she is forever accommodating my every need and is always making sure I’m comfortable with what my product looks like before leaving. I could not recommend anywhere else. 🤍

Fantastic service, the best place to go for beauty in Albany

Absolutely great customer service... best nail service in Albany.

I was a walk in so understandably had to wait an hour so (no problem with that at all). I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the spa consultant who did my deluxe pedicure but she did an amazing job and I left feeling far more relaxed and refreshed than when I arrived. I’m not from Albany but would gladly return when I come back to Albany.

My husband and I have been travelling for 6 weeks, and needed some pampering. My husband received a pedicure and a massage . I received pedicure ,massage eye & lash tinting also waxing. Absolutely delightful, staff were amazing.. If I lived in Albany and not Newcastle NSW, We'd be regular clients
