I just had my 3rd Hollywood and underarm waxing session with Megan at Grace Aesthetics, and I can’t recommend her enough! Intimate waxing isn't the most pleasant procedure, but Megan makes me feel completely comfortable, relaxed, and at ease right from the moment I walk in. I am genuinely impressed! Zanele worked professionally and efficiently! She did an incredible job taking extra care throughout the treatment and afterwards to ensure I was comfortable. She was also very accommodating when I changed my appointment from just brows to a full face treatment, which I really appreciated. Zanele communicated clearly throughout the entire appointment, explaining what she was doing and making me feel completely at ease. Absolutely so happy with my new hairstyle by Ronel. Was recommended by a friend as I am here on holidays. Was not disappointed. Incredible service and I would definitely come back and will come back if only for the wash. The hair wash is even better than a head massage.
