I started working with Brigitte in November 2024, and by July 2025 my full permanent make-up was complete. Brigitte is honest, precise and truly professional, always explaining what’s possible. As a nail technician and mum of a five-year-old, this has boosted my confidence and simplified my mornings. I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

I’ve been visiting Milena now for several months for a full body massage and facial. I can hands down say, she’s the best masseur I’ve ever had. I’ve had lots of massages across the globe and been to lots of different spas over the years but nothing compares. I leave my appointment feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. The tension I carried into my appointment is completely gone and my skin has never been better. The time she takes carrying out each treatment is second to none. I HIGHlY recommend Milena, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My half term relax and revive massage and nails and hair done the day before. I can not recommend Sian and Laura enough for their incredible skills my massage was amazing and my nails are perfect Luke has preformed his magic on my hair and I now feel rested and ready to e back to school next week. Once again an absolutely superb massage by Lou. I came away feeling very relaxed and pampered. I have a weekly back massage which is working wonders. I have now had numerous treatments from Lou, including an Indian head massage and waxing. I cannot recommend Lou highly enough. A very professional lady, nothing is too much trouble. Even down to a lovely warm table, much appreciated on these cold days. A truly wonderful experience.
