Once again an absolutely superb massage by Lou. I came away feeling very relaxed and pampered. I have a weekly back massage which is working wonders. I have now had numerous treatments from Lou, including an Indian head massage and waxing. I cannot recommend Lou highly enough. A very professional lady, nothing is too much trouble. Even down to a lovely warm table, much appreciated on these cold days. A truly wonderful experience.

I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Beautiful set up. Family owned and take the time to go through everything in detail beforehand. Excellent aftercare and such wonderful people. Lashes looked perfect. Exactly the look I wanted and I had a full face wax with eyebrows which not only didn’t hurt. The redness that you always experience had completely gone after 10 mins by the time I got home! Thank you ladies!! Overall would recommend!!
