She was very kind, attentive and knew what my hair needed - especially the 5 min hair treatment, which makes the hair so soft and detangles it, lasting a good few weeks. The blow dry at the end was superb - I have thin hair but Aisha made it look nice, full and bouncy.

Nisha was very kind and respectful. However, my appointment was scheduled for an hour, but the entire session took about 45 minutes. I waited a long time for the numbing cream to take effect and the microneedling treatment seemed really short. I expected the treatment itself to take longer, especially since it was for my entire face. I felt like the device didn't move around my face enough, which made me wonder if the treatment was done enough. I paid for the full 6 sessions at once, so I was a little disappointed and would appreciate a little more explanation. Regards, S.D
