Martina was absolutely brilliant today when she pierced my daughter’s nose. My daughter has sensory difficulties and was understandably quite anxious, but Martina was so patient, calm and reassuring throughout. She took her time, explained everything clearly and never made us feel rushed. The piercing was quick, professional and as stress-free as it could have been.
