Absolutely exceptional service from start to finish! If you like to be pampered and leave with terrific looking hair, this is the place for you! The modern salon is welcoming and relaxing but what truly sets it apart is the staff. Everyone is very friendly and makes me feel at home. And we have great conversations. Honestly speaking the best lash tech ever!! Cece (hope I didn't spell it wrong) done such an amazing job to revive my lashes and make me look alive again lol. Such a beautiful and down to earth soul. I've found my go to lash tech in Toronto and when I do come back I know where to go. You're the best!!

All in all, I would say that all the body wax I’ve been having from Teresa never fails me. It’s worth every penny. I am always in good hands with her and she exceeds my expectations on every appointment. I wouldn’t go elsewhere to have my body wax done! ❤️

The waxing treatments I received were amazing. They paid great attention to my skin and sensitivities, making sure I was comfortable throughout. Most importantly, they did the Brazilian wax properly—unlike my last experience elsewhere, where I was charged double for only half the service. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care here, and I would highly recommend them. I definitely plan to return!

Elly is a skilled and gentle wax specialist, always prioritizing comfort and proper aftercare and her waxes are so long-lasting! My skin has also been thriving since I started seeing her, no ingrowns, bumps or irritation at all despite having sensitive skin. She’s the best!

I loved the way she did my eyebrows and underarms, this was my first time when I did my eyebrows with a wax and I really didn’t felt any pain as well as she did with very detailed that’s the best thing I loved. Apart from that I really liked her way of doing underarms with details. Overall it was a good experience and even hygiene is properly taken care of.

I walked in without an appointment for an eyebrow wax and was served within 10 minutes, even though the salon was busy. The environment is super clean, and the staff are polite with professional skills in both eyebrow and body waxing. Always a great experience — highly recommended.

I have been a client for a few years now and have referred family and friends to Jade Thread and Wax Bar. I see Shen. She is always on time and does a great job treading my eyebrows. I sometimes get her to tint them. Great place for these type of services.

I’ve been to Yonge location several times past 2 years. I accidentally booked my waxing at this location first time and I am really glad I did. Sweety was so gentle , caring and sweet as her name. Brazilian usually hurts like hell but she did such an amazing job I am definitely making Bathurst my go to location because of her. I hope she gets a raise because she truly deserves the best!!

This morning i went to go see Elly for sugaring. This new wax bar looks spectacular. Such a calming and soothing environment. The front desk receptionist was soo welcoming.
