My experience was good. The salon was clean and there were a lot of shellac colour options. The reason I deducted a star was because it wasn’t clear before the appointment that they charge $10 for shellac removal if done at a different salon. Also, the manicure area setup wasn’t comfortable, the chair was too low and extending my arms out while leaning forward made my neck hurt by the end of the appointment… I voiced this to the technician but she just smiled and didn’t offer any modifications. Overall, it was an okay experience, expected a bit more based on the reviews and price.

Gabrielle was my nail tech, she was so nice patient and polite. The environment was so clean and everybody was heartwarming and friendly. We even had a girl talk amongst us. Definitely a safe space and will be back. Nails turned out cute also.

I had an eyelash lift as well as eyebrow waxing and lift done, and my experience was amazing! Cherie was absolutely wonderful—very professional, gentle, and detail-oriented. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and the results turned out beautifully. My lashes look lifted and natural, and my brows are perfectly shaped. Pretty good service! Fabi is the best in the industry. I got a Brazilian wax, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her, especially if you’re looking for waxing and feel nervous or scared to try it.

The added arm and neck massage was an unexpected but much-appreciated bonus. It was the perfect way to melt away any tension in my upper body, enhancing the overall sense of relaxation.
