Nicole was incredibly kind and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. It was my first time having the Pro Skin 60 Facial and she made the whole experience so relaxing, whilst also taking the time to explain some of the tools and techniques as I asked questions. So happy my brows look perfect today with Emily after me tint and wax. My skin had a little reaction to the lamination patch test, which is a shame as her work looks so good! Wow!!! I had the Korean facial today with Laurie. I don’t think I’ve ever had a facial which made me so relaxed. The room and setup is instant calm. Laurie herself is extremely thorough and lovely. Will definately be back for more.

I’ve been getting pedicures from Louisa every couple of months for a number of years now. She always does a great job & my feet feel so smooth and fresh after a visit. There’s a good choice of nail colours too; would highly recommend.

I had my first ever microneedling session with Rayya and she was amazing! She explained the whole process really well and made me feel like I was in trusted hands. She constantly checked in on how I was feeling as this is more of an invasive facial so I felt very comfortable. I loved the overall experience and the results were fantastic.
