Such an amazing first experience at this lovely spa. Claire was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, making me feel completely at ease. The spa itself is beautiful, calming, and wonderfully ambient. I left feeling well cared for, relaxed and will definitely be returning.

Wonderful experience, the bathhouse offers all the comforts some might look for, from a spacious sauna to a warm mineral pool, without missing out on the ice bath. The staff were lovely, and accommodating. We rocked up 15 minutes late as we couldn’t find the store and they let us took our time without rushing. 10/10

Wonderful couple of hours from the minute we walked in! Facilities in the bath house were great, such a relaxing space. Our massages were fantastic, the room was clean & peaceful. Our therapists were kind and welcoming. We left feeling pampered and relaxed, definitely recommend.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Best massage I've ever had! I booked in for a hot stone massage with Ally, and I was blown away by everything! The whole spa structure was amazing, and super clean, Ally was super lovely and knowledgeable.. I will definitely be back :D

Very nice massage. Pressure was excellent, staff were awesome. Owner of Solace who took over from Vanilla day spa went above and beyond with vouchers purchased through Vanilla, but funds not transferred, to come to an acceptable agreement. Highly recommend.

I think today was my best visit to Solace spa. I have been to this spa about 6 times over last 4 years. The practitioner was amazing and the whole set up improved. Will be back once at Scarborough.

This package was a wedding gift for my beat friend. This was what she sent me after her appointment. "Omg that was the best spa treatment I have ever had my entire life!!!!! Thanks so much babe!!! It was heaven."

A wonderful experience that started with the owners very kindly honouring 50% of the value of a gift voucher I had to the previous spa that closed down. From the moment I arrived I felt special. The change rooms were very clean and well stocked. The waiting room was luxurious and comfortable. I went for the Illuminate package and it did not disappoint. Ally was friendly and professional and I could not have asked for a better start to my day. I will definitely go back.

Staff were friendly & welcoming from start to finnish. The ambience in the Spa was warm & inviting. I had the 1&1/2hr Align package which was divine.the smell of the products throughout were lovely& my skin at the end was glowing & felt amazing. Will definitely want to return & hope I get the chance to.
