A beautiful, welcoming space that offers a variety of classes to pause, recharge, and reconnect. I really enjoy the different classes available, each one provides a chance to slow down, be present, and reset. The atmosphere is calming, the instructors are supportive, and the studio feels like a peaceful escape from the everyday.

The most phenomenal deep tissue 90 minute massage, an 11/10! Tonnille took the time to understand my problem areas and applied just the right amount of pressure to work through all the tension and knots. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with noticeably improved mobility. Highly recommend for anyone needing real relief from muscle tightness or stress—this place is a hidden gem! So much love for the space and people at Vitality House. Can't wait for my next massage.

incredible! I came in so stressed and uptight… this was so needed. Tonnille was insanely good.. knew exactly where I was tight and needed attention. She did so many different strokes and techniques, one of the best massages I’ve had in a long long time, I’ve practiced massage and worked in a day spa… so that’s saying something! Exactly what I needed, thank you so much, will be back 100%.

Wow! The level of care here is second to none. Jess not only gave the most relaxing experience but also immediately noticeable results. From the moment I walked in I was immediately relaxed in the beautiful space Jess has created at henosis & co. The ice bath is an absolute must as is treating yourself to one o ffacial facials it was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to go back

This was my first ever Neolifting and Buccal facial massage. It was incredibly relaxing with Tonnille’s ‘magic hands’. My skin felt completely rejuvenated and relaxed afterwards. Tonnille’s beautiful, warm energy and the space are perfect! Highly recommend.

This was the best facial I’ve had for a long time - in a word divine 🙏
