The most phenomenal deep tissue 90 minute massage, an 11/10! Tonnille took the time to understand my problem areas and applied just the right amount of pressure to work through all the tension and knots. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with noticeably improved mobility. Highly recommend for anyone needing real relief from muscle tightness or stress—this place is a hidden gem! So much love for the space and people at Vitality House. Can't wait for my next massage.

such a beautiful overall experience! I booked an hour long massage and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! the staff was sweet as ever & the ambience was so calming, it put my whole body into a meditative state. A beautiful, welcoming space that offers a variety of classes to pause, recharge, and reconnect. I really enjoy the different classes available, each one provides a chance to slow down, be present, and reset. The atmosphere is calming, the instructors are supportive, and the studio feels like a peaceful escape from the everyday.

incredible! I came in so stressed and uptight… this was so needed. Tonnille was insanely good.. knew exactly where I was tight and needed attention. She did so many different strokes and techniques, one of the best massages I’ve had in a long long time, I’ve practiced massage and worked in a day spa… so that’s saying something! Erin at Modern Day Spa is an amazing and knowledgeable therapist who understands the importance of holistic care. I had the Detox Scrub and body wrap which was relaxing and invigorating. It’s even better combined with an infra red sauna beforehand! The scalp massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. What makes MDS stand out above the rest is its clean and modern space with little extras like cool icy water, blueberries, tea and collagen booster shots. Thanks Erin.

From the moment I walked in I was immediately relaxed in the beautiful space Jess has created at henosis & co. The ice bath is an absolute must as is treating yourself to one o ffacial facials it was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to go back

I had by far the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had at Modern Day Spa. I’ve come out 300% more relaxed and ready for the challenges of the week. Airin is extremely knowledgeable with great skill and understanding of the mechanics of muscles, joints and bones. Would highly recommend Airin and Modern Day Spa
