As someone that’s immune compromised, going to venues for health treatment is fraught with risk. But to my delight, my treatment at Soothe Massage & Day Spa was accessible and compassionate. My room had a personal infrared sauna in it and was impeccably clean. My wonderful therapist was open to adjusting treatments to suit my body as needed and immediately offered to wear a face mask which makes it safer for me. She made the experience extremely relaxing and I felt safe for once. People don’t know how rare that is with an autoimmune disease. Worth every cent!

such a beautiful overall experience! I booked an hour long massage and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! the staff was sweet as ever & the ambience was so calming, it put my whole body into a meditative state. Pure bliss! I keep coming back and the treatments are always beyond amazing! Shel is a superstar! So relaxing and pampering from the moment you walk in the door. My Mum and I visited The Head Spa today and had a wonderful experience! From start to finish the service was wonderful, the atmosphere clean and calming and the head spa experience itself everything you'd hope and expect it to be. Experience was absolutely amazing and top rate service. Spa was calm, relaxing and inviting. Staff made you feel welcomed and ensured all your needs were met. I was lucky enough to have my treatment with Simone who was thorough, gentle and ensured I had the most magical experience. Incredible Massage - A Must-Try! Fantastic experience with Jo. I went in with a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and she worked it all out with expert skill. The pressure was perfect, the space was very calming, and I felt amazing afterwards. She is professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled. I've already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend!
