From the moment I walked inside the day before to book until the moment I left the solace day spa , my stress levels instantly left my body . I booked the 1 hour bath house experience and it was Devine . The decor was perfect , the bathhouse was spotless with plenty of time to explore the different options in an intimate setting . I travel for work often and I have never stayed at the Rendezvous, but the day spa experience has sold the hotel for me . You will not be disappointed if you book. 🩷

My morning at the day spa was incredible. So relaxing and loved every moment there! Deanna was so wonderful and was a great masseuse ensuring I was happy and comfortable the whole time. My facial was also amazing! Will definitely be back! Thank you Deanna for a wonderful experience at Solace.

Such an amazing first experience at this lovely spa. Claire was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, making me feel completely at ease. The spa itself is beautiful, calming, and wonderfully ambient. I left feeling well cared for, relaxed and will definitely be returning.

Wonderful experience, the bathhouse offers all the comforts some might look for, from a spacious sauna to a warm mineral pool, without missing out on the ice bath. The staff were lovely, and accommodating. We rocked up 15 minutes late as we couldn’t find the store and they let us took our time without rushing. 10/10

Wonderful couple of hours from the minute we walked in! Facilities in the bath house were great, such a relaxing space. Our massages were fantastic, the room was clean & peaceful. Our therapists were kind and welcoming. We left feeling pampered and relaxed, definitely recommend.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Best massage I've ever had! I booked in for a hot stone massage with Ally, and I was blown away by everything! The whole spa structure was amazing, and super clean, Ally was super lovely and knowledgeable.. I will definitely be back :D

Very nice massage. Pressure was excellent, staff were awesome. Owner of Solace who took over from Vanilla day spa went above and beyond with vouchers purchased through Vanilla, but funds not transferred, to come to an acceptable agreement. Highly recommend.

I think today was my best visit to Solace spa. I have been to this spa about 6 times over last 4 years. The practitioner was amazing and the whole set up improved. Will be back once at Scarborough.

Lovely staff, explained the process of the bathhouse, beautiful fluffy towels. Only suggestion is to have a little mirror in the change cubicle as putting my contact lenses were hard without it.

Feeling a bit gloomy, I decided to treat myself to a spa day. At first, I was hesitant and unsure about visiting a spa, but from the moment I arrived, the welcoming demeanour of the staff immediately put me at ease. My therapist, Claire, was absolutely wonderful. She reassured me that guys get treatments all the time, and her genuine friendliness and professionalism made me feel cared for. Claire listened attentively to my needs and made great suggestions for tailoring the treatment. Thanks to Claire and the entire Team, I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely pampered.

Victoria was excellent, very good attention to detail and lovely to chat to. The spa pedicure was just what my feet needed, a really lovely treatment.

My experience was fantastic, I was very impressed with the whole day spa and facilities, the staff were friendly and amazing. Lily was also amazing, kind and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my package and left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you Lily and Solace
