The best lash lift and brow experience I’ve ever had! With my lashes: I’ve never had so much lift - Crystal knew where on my lashes was resistant and where to focus on pushing them a bit more. With my brows: I’m usually very particular with the shape of my brows and have found all the times I’ve had down in the past with other technicians, they ignore my natural shape and take way too much brow off but Crystal absolutely nailed it - perfected the shape, thickness and colour. 100/10 would recommend.

I had an amazing experience getting my brows done! I have a few sparse areas in my eyebrows, and she worked absolute magic they've never looked so full, natural, and perfectly shaped. Stell was amazing—friendly, communicative and accommodating, adjusting my treatments to be pregnancy safe. I explained my brows aren’t naturally level due to a slight facial droop, and for the first time they’ve looked genuinely symmetrical. I wish I’d found Mediluxe before my wedding! The whole experience was so relaxing, and Stell even closed the front doors during my facial so it was completely uninterrupted. I had the Brow Sculpt & Colour, Face Waxing and HydraGLOW Pigmentation Protocol Facial. Highly recommend! Only downside is you can hear the shopping centre outside.

She was professional, friendly and made me feel completely relaxed throughout. As a Mother's Day gift, she also treated me to a mini facial massage, which was such a thoughtful touch. Charley has been amazing, I can’t recommend her enough! I was hesitant to start using someone new as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past, but since moving to Brisbane the commute back to the Gold Coast was becoming too much. I can’t believe I didn’t go sooner, my first set of lashes lasted 5 weeks before I even needed an infill. She listens to everything you want and makes the whole experience super comfortable and not rushed. Far better than the salons that stack appointments and are focused on getting you out the door. The price as well has been way better than everything around!
