Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Mia never disappoints! Such wonderful service and I always walk away so happy with her treatments! She is so talented, professional and down to earth. She offers so many services, I have had a manicure, pedicure and brow lamination so far and have been so pleased with the results. She always manages to make time for future appointments which suit me best and is so accommodating! I have been going to the salon and Mia since March and I couldn’t imagine going to another salon now! I always feel so welcome and the salon is gorgeous! I would 100% recommend Mia and Oh so Pretty! Phoebe Rose was so welcoming and knowledgeable! I was comfortable as soon as I stepped in the door, offered a drink and offered extra treatments, and my hair turned out beautifully. I had a lovely experience and will definitely be booking in again😊

Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . I trust Jodie so much that you could be blindfolded and still love the haircut with it beautifully styled so much so that you want to show it off . Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever! Her new salon is so nice, clean and spacious 😍 I always recommend her to all my friends and family xxx

I had an amazing experience at the Glam Beauty Room. I came in for an eyebrow lamination and tint and I couldn’t be happier with the results my eyebrows perfectly shaped and the tint is just the right shade. The entire process was relaxing and the attention to detail was great. The space is clean welcoming and you can tell that Cristina really cares about her clients. Thank you!

Anita is so quick at waxing my back and shoulders. I used to dread it at a previous venue as it would always be a slow and painful expereince but the 1st time here, I just couldn't believe the speed it was done at. I would recommend to try here very highly.
