Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Mia never disappoints! Such wonderful service and I always walk away so happy with her treatments! She is so talented, professional and down to earth. She offers so many services, I have had a manicure, pedicure and brow lamination so far and have been so pleased with the results. She always manages to make time for future appointments which suit me best and is so accommodating! I have been going to the salon and Mia since March and I couldn’t imagine going to another salon now! I always feel so welcome and the salon is gorgeous! I would 100% recommend Mia and Oh so Pretty! This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester
