I love Mia Hair Studio - I stumbled upon Mia with a GroupOn for a Keratin Treatment. The keratin treatment was professionally done and has lasted ages (I have very thick, curly hair and in Brisbane humidity it can be hard to control - all great now). While there, I mentioned I needed a cut, which Mia had no problem doing - she heard what I had to say and gave me the perfect cut with the texture I asked for. I have also had colouring done and just love it. I also love that it's a small boutique - I can get my hair cut and coloured in 2 hours (if you know, you know! I can spend 4 hours!)

Really good knowledge of hair texture and colour I was impressed with it. It was a pleasure chatting to both him and the owner who gave me a lovely restaurant rec as I was visiting Brisbane. Stefano killed it! I have fine 3A/3B curls and came to him with my reference photos from IG. He took the time to wholeheartedly listen to me and what I was going for, considering my preference and hair type. Stefano is so easy to talk to and after we came to an agreement about the vision he made sure to walk me through not only what he was doing but how I could achieve the same results at home. I love my cut which came out exactly how I wanted while preserving my length! I’m from the U.S. but if I lived in Brisbane Stefano would be my go-to for sure!
