I moved to Dubai just over a year ago and have found it so hard to find a salon I truly love, but I’ve finally found it! After 9 years with my previous hairdresser, the bar was high. From the service to the shoulder massage, everything was amazing. Megan was an absolute gem, she made me feel completely at ease, really listened to what I wanted and I trusted her throughout the whole process. I’m genuinely obsessed with my cut and colour. Josef is amazing, magic hands! He made the color exactly how I wanted, which was impossible to achieve in many popular salons in Dubai. He could fix previous bad work from another salon. Absolutely happy customer!

I booked the royal hammam & massage for my Mom’s birthday. She said that it was the highlight of her trip to Dubai & that the treatments were amazing. She commented that the staff were very friendly, respectful and accommodating and made her feel at home. When I went to collect her, I also spoke with the staff who were so lovely and welcoming. The vibe in the salon is unmatched and the decor is beautiful. I will definitely book here again. If you’re looking for any treatments I’d recommend here, especially for hammam and massages. My favorite salon and really one of the hidden gems in Dubai. I have been taking services of Farida for the last 19 years for hair care. She is very dedicated and deeply insightful on the right cuts, color and treatments. Also extremely skilled nail care services and affectionate and polite technicians. Not to mention the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Truly a hidden gem and would keep going back.

Sarah has done a fabulous job on my lashes & brows - It is by far the best brow lamination and lash lvl I have ever had! I will absolutely be back to visit Sarah again for this treatment and makeup too. The salon is beautiful, and is definitely the most aesthetic salon I have been to in Dubai.
