In the 2.5 years I have been going, I have never had a bad experience. I love everything about it, especially the friendly and lovely staff—lots of kudos, especially to Melcke, Louisa, and Shazia. Great hair cut, very fast considering I have very thick hair and the blow drying afterward was great and gave it lots of shape! Also added a charcoal face mask and eyebrow threading which wasn’t too painful even for my first time!

Dilya was great! Extremely professional and knows her work so well. I went for a pedicure and she did a splendid job - meticulously removed the cuticles, shaped the nails and cleaned the callus. She even did threading on the underarms - a very tricky area for me as I have sensitive skin and can’t wax there. The threading was absolutely painless to my surprise.
