I can’t recommend Sasha enough!! She is such a beautiful human and she puts so much time and effort into making sure that you are comfortable. If you tell her what area you need help with she’ll go above and beyond to do what she can. Sasha is the only person I will go to for massages and I would recommend her to everyone xxx

I went to Paula in a lot of pain after a week-long migraine, sinus infection and a foot injury and she, as always, took incredible, loving care of me. Such compassionate, professional and expert attention to detail with a great consultation at the beginning where I felt really heard, ensuring all my body's needs were met and I felt held and cared for throughout the treatment. Rhianna is the best massage therapist in town. I hold all of my tension in my shoulders and I have tried all kinds of things through the years, from stretching to osteopathy- nothing has ever worked as well as a regular massage by Rhianna. To put into perspective, I have sent my wife here, friends here, and all are now regulars. I sent a friend visiting from out of town to see her and she’s said she now needs to book with her every time she visits. She’s just phenomenal!

My partner had a hot stone full body massage today with Clare and has had nothing but praise about it. He has had a few massages, hot stone one and normal and he said it was up there as one of the best. He didn't want it to end. Clare was lovely and if we are in Nottingham again at some point we will be booking another.

The service was good. Place was clean and welcoming. I felt the pedicure could have been better or longer , expected more massage for relaxation as I booked 50 min luxury pedicure. Hydro facial i felt was amazing.

I started off coming to Alice for lymphatic drainage massage,but this slowly turned into me asking her to do my aesthetic treatments. Being an aesthetic nurse too, ive always been a little apprehensive about anyone doing my treatments however Alice has now done my botox, my cheeks, jaw, chin, and now polynucleuotides under my eyes, and I must say, she's magic! No swelling today, no bruising, just fresh, smooth eyes. Don't hesitate, she's absolutely brilliant!
