My partner had a hot stone full body massage today with Clare and has had nothing but praise about it. He has had a few massages, hot stone one and normal and he said it was up there as one of the best. He didn't want it to end. Clare was lovely and if we are in Nottingham again at some point we will be booking another.

I waited to leave this review so I could focus on the results. I’ve tried Botox at several clinics in Nottingham, but it often didn’t work well or last — even after top-ups. I had a full body massage at Kanti Studio, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The therapist made sure I was comfortable throughout and used just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and tension free. You can really tell she cares about creating a peaceful and professional experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Kanti Studio to anyone looking for a truly relaxing massage!

It took me a little while to find the venue (it’s a suite within Phoenix Salon Suites- unit 120 on the intercom to get in!) but had a very relaxing 2-hour treatment once I got there. The therapist was lovely, and also very strong! The tension in my muscles didn’t stand a chance :D Will visit again next time I’m in Nottingham.

Super massage of back, head and shoulders. Toni asked if her hand pressure was about right and I confirmed that. Felt very relaxed afterwards.

Amazing massage! Released so many muscles in my back, arms and shoulders! Would recommend best massage in Nottingham.

I had a new Balinese massage treatment and it was lovely, have been having massages from Paula on and off for the past few years and it's always great. I find Paula is really good at listening to what you need, the right balance of pressure and releasing tension while also making the treatment feel really relaxing. Definitely recommend 👍😊

I recently visited Alice at Eden as I needed a facial and my lips topping up, I went for the cosmo glow facial and 0.5 ml in my lips as I just wanted some definition and natural look and as always Alice’s service was amazing. I have now been going to Alice for a couple of years and I would never change aesthetic practice, she’s reliable and very professional. I highly recommend this Clinic to anyone looking for a safe practice in Nottingham ☺️

I had a wonderful 1 hour massage with Kam at Zen today. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas I mentioned, my neck, back, and head. The massage was deeply relaxing. I genuinely left feeling 'Zen'. Kam is incredibly attentive and caring, and she offered plenty of helpful aftercare advice as well. I highly recommend her, and I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!

The best pregnancy massage I’ve ever had. Sasha made me feel welcome and at ease, she had a wonderful energy that comes through when massaging. I left feeling so nurtured and relax, will definitely be back.

I had my first massage with Paula (I hadn’t had a massage at all in about 3yrs) and it was incredible. The atmosphere was so relaxing which was lovely, especially as I’m a naturally anxious person. The massage itself was amazing, the pressure was perfect and at the end, I felt like I could float home! I definitely recommend Paula for any massage treatments, you won’t regret it!!
