My partner had a hot stone full body massage today with Clare and has had nothing but praise about it. He has had a few massages, hot stone one and normal and he said it was up there as one of the best. He didn't want it to end. Clare was lovely and if we are in Nottingham again at some point we will be booking another.

I had a new Balinese massage treatment and it was lovely, have been having massages from Paula on and off for the past few years and it's always great. I find Paula is really good at listening to what you need, the right balance of pressure and releasing tension while also making the treatment feel really relaxing. Definitely recommend 👍😊

I can’t recommend Sasha enough!! She is such a beautiful human and she puts so much time and effort into making sure that you are comfortable. I recently visited Alice at Eden as I needed a facial and my lips topping up, I went for the cosmo glow facial and 0.5 ml in my lips as I just wanted some definition and natural look and as always Alice’s service was amazing. I have now been going to Alice for a couple of years and I would never change aesthetic practice, she’s reliable and very professional. I highly recommend this Clinic to anyone looking for a safe practice in Nottingham ☺️

MJ was amazing, definitely one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The only disappointment was that I could quite clearly hear the baseline from the music downstairs throughout my massage which distracted from the relaxing atmosphere MJ was creating.

I’ve visited Be.Well Nottingham many times and each session has been consistently excellent. The space is calm and welcoming, and the therapist is professional and knowledgeable, always tailoring the massage to my needs. I deal with spine and lower back issues, and they always manage to ease the pain and release tension. The deep tissue massage is intense but genuinely therapeutic. I leave feeling lighter, looser, and well cared for. Highly recommend!

I started off coming to Alice for lymphatic drainage massage,but this slowly turned into me asking her to do my aesthetic treatments. Being an aesthetic nurse too, ive always been a little apprehensive about anyone doing my treatments however Alice has now done my botox, my cheeks, jaw, chin, and now polynucleuotides under my eyes, and I must say, she's magic! No swelling today, no bruising, just fresh, smooth eyes. Don't hesitate, she's absolutely brilliant!
