He has had a few massages, hot stone one and normal and he said it was up there as one of the best. He didn't want it to end. Absolutely AMAZING! I’ve had quite a few massages with Paula and each one is so amazing. Most recently I’ve had two buccal massages to try and help ease jar tension and they have been SO relaxing. I was a little apprehensive about having them as I’ve never had a massage like this but WOW every time I leave floating on a cloud. So relaxing, such a nice vibe and Paula is so lovely and welcoming, makes you feel right at ease!

I had my first massage with Paula (I hadn’t had a massage at all in about 3yrs) and it was incredible. The atmosphere was so relaxing which was lovely, especially as I’m a naturally anxious person. The massage itself was amazing, the pressure was perfect and at the end, I felt like I could float home! I definitely recommend Paula for any massage treatments, you won’t regret it!!

I’ve visited Be.Well Nottingham many times and each session has been consistently excellent. The space is calm and welcoming, and the therapist is professional and knowledgeable, always tailoring the massage to my needs. I deal with spine and lower back issues, and they always manage to ease the pain and release tension. The deep tissue massage is intense but genuinely therapeutic. I leave feeling lighter, looser, and well cared for. Highly recommend!

The massage was great! It was my first time there. I booked a whole body session and Sasha was very nice and friendly. She used some really nice oils and relaxing music in the background and made sure I was always comfortable, tailored the massage to my needs and even showed me some exercises for better posture.
