Thai touch, give the best Thai massage around the vale and Cardiff I highly recommend them. I have had Lek the last couple of times and she is very strong formthebthai yoga massage gets all the knots out and all the staff are very friendly and professional 10/10 I will be back regularly

I’ve had a remedial massage for painful shoulder which was great and sorted problem. But even better was the lymphatic drainage massage. Susan truly cares about each patient and really knows what she’s doing. Would definitely recommend.

Joint first place for the best facial in Cardiff, and I've been lucky enough to try a few!

Had the Lymphatic Drainage Massage and can highly recommend this place. I have very tight muscles and have experienced neck pain for around a month and came out of here feeling so relaxed, light and my neck already feels better. Will now continue going here for regular massages as the difference I feel is amazing!

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First experience with rejuvenate yesterday, had the lymphatic drainage facial massage. I had the wonderful Emily, she talked me through the treatment and made me comfortable before the magic began. The treatment was So soothing and relaxing I was trying not to fall asleep. Today (following morning ) my face feels so soft. Was so happy with the treatment and will be back for more :) thank you

Such an amazing treatment. Definitely did a little extra massage and lymphatic drainage because she is very skilled and wanted to make sure I left feeling less tense. I will definitely be going back for a full massage asap!

I had the luxury lymphatic drainage and contour massage and it was incredible! My skin is glowing post treatment and my face is visibly contoured! Such a nice treatment and so relaxing. Ill be raving about it to everyone and definitely be returning!
