Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Paul never fails to go above and beyond to help in any way he can with our recovery. Feel so much better after playing an intense week of touch rugby coming back and having a massage, compression legs, ice bath and infared sauna, I honestly feel like a nee women today! Thank you so much I will definitely be getting a membership!

Absolutely loved the Wood Therapy Treatment with Lymphatic Drainage massage. I could actually feel and hear the fluid being drained away. Natalie certainly knows her stuff!

Had a massage with Jackie today was amazing! Natalie and Jackie are both very knowledgeable in their profession and also in surgery and post surgery care. The clinic is lovely and I’ve had 4 massages now and the difference from just 4 is amazing. I can notice a difference straight away after my massages. You can tell they both have so much knowledge on lymphatic drainage massage and haven’t just been on a 1 day course but spent a long time learning about it. They also have loads of certificates up on the wall.

I’ve had a course of massages with Natalie and can see a real difference in terms of the swelling going down now. I will probably book in for some lymphatic drainage massages with her to follow up the post-operative ones. She definitely knows what she is doing and is friendly and reassuring.
