I really enjoyed my visit to TLC Laser but what stood out the most was the customer service. I initially picked the wrong treatment but Nicole didn't make a big thing out of it, instead, she immediately went out of her way to seek the proper treatment for me. Nicole was very helpful with regards to the advice she gave me with my skin concerns. It felt more like a conversation between friends instead of it being a transactional exchange. I walked in at the Claremont branch looking stale and boring..I floated out on cloud nine feeling and looking absolutely amazing! Leslie was so patient when advising me about the correct length and colour for my hair extensions. She transformed me into a totally new, happy, confident woman.
