I’ve been visiting Kyomi now since 2020 (the part where we were allowed). From skin peels to laser hair removal, she’s my woman! I am so glad that I found her, she is a very talented and knowledgeable professional. She will always talk through her recommendation to enable you to make an informed decision. I’ve always felt comfortable and see results with the treatments I have. This was the first time I had the million dollar facial and I saw the freshness to my skin instantly! I recently had a laser hair removal treatment at this clinic and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My practitioner, Mariyah, was absolutely amazing — she made me feel so comfortable, especially as I was quite nervous to begin with. She was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything, which really helped put me at ease. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and really easy to get to. The laser machine they use is top quality and virtually pain-free, which I didn’t expect. I also really appreciate how accommodating they were with my schedule.

My experience was excellent the place is big and clean aswell staff are very polite was offered a cup of tea while I have my treatment done which was hair washed blow-dried and cut i was very happy with the service I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I had a course of 8 treatments for laser treatment which has been such a success! Each visit to Kyomi was pleasant, professional and informative. The treatment has worked well for me. The clinic is super clean, refreshing and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the KS Clinic.

Microblading and laser hair removal. All treatments 5* as usual

I recently had a laser hair removal treatment, and the experience was great from start to finish. I was welcomed with a drink which immediately put me at ease. Chantè took the time to explain the entire process in detail, making sure I understood how the laser would work, the expected results, and the aftercare required. The treatment itself was surprisingly comfortable, with only a mild sensation during the laser application. Chantè checked in with me regularly to ensure I was comfortable. I can’t wait to continue my laser hair removal journey would definitely recommend!!

I wanted to wait till my 3rd session to leave a realistic review and I would like to say thank you to the amazing and helpful team at SwissLaser. The girls were lovely and followed up on every query I had after every session. My hair is literally non existent other than a small patch on my leg but I’m sure that will go over my next few sessions! Thank you for everything swisslaser! I didn’t think I’d be able to afford laser hair removal but you really did make it make it possible for me. ☺️

I had the deep cleanse facial, milk spots and skin tag removal. Initially after having the treatment my face was very sore and puffy and I was concerned. I was advised by Tammy and Shelby that it will take 5days to heal and settle down. On the 6th day I have literally amazing skin 💕 everything has healed and skin is fresh and glowing!!! Cannot thank Tammy and Shelby enough they are both very kind & welcoming. I will be back for future treatments and I have had so many compliments on how clearer my skin is looking. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
