The staff are friendly and took the time to explain the process and what to expect, which made me feel comfortable. The clinic itself is very clean and well-maintained. My technician is professional and made sure I'm at ease during each session. After a few sessions, I’ve already noticed a significant reduction in hair growth, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

It was my first session with Safa and she was so thorough. I’ve had a different practitioner here but Safa made me realise how thorough she was compared the other girl. She asked me about my target areas and also took the time to remove the gel and wipe each area down. I will only have Safa going forward for my sessions, that’s how good she was.

Had 3 sessions of body contouring here, it is easy to find (next door to jewellery quarter train station). The lady conducting my sessions is very knowledgeable about the treatment and I have started seeing results in a short time (just after the second session). Highly reccommended xx

I bought a course of laser hair removal therapy from Groupon and Chanté had been exceptional. Really helpful and friendly and no pressure to upsell me other treatments (although I will be looking at other treatment options in the future as she has been so professional and has done such a great job!)

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly.
