I recently had a laser hair removal treatment at this clinic and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My practitioner, Mariyah, was absolutely amazing — she made me feel so comfortable, especially as I was quite nervous to begin with. She was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything, which really helped put me at ease. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and really easy to get to. The laser machine they use is top quality and virtually pain-free, which I didn’t expect. I also really appreciate how accommodating they were with my schedule.

I came in for a blow-dry the added brow shaping and couldn’t be happier with the results. My hair looked sleek and full of volume, and my brows were shaped beautifully natural but defined. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend!

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I was honestly so nervous going in as I hate needles. However this experience was amazing, my therapist was so reassuring and took the time to understand me. Not only this but they brought me a warm drink and a box of sweets. Thankyou therapy by aq i enjoyed every second, you will definitely see me again!

Had a facial here and was impressed. My skin felt smooth, hydrated, and looked noticeably clearer after. Good technique, no rushed feeling, and genuinely worth it. Would come back.

The girls were lovely and followed up on every query I had after every session. My hair is literally non existent other than a small patch on my leg but I’m sure that will go over my next few sessions! Thank you for everything swisslaser! Wow! This place is really a hidden gem. They have it all and the interior is to die for. I had a lymphatic drainage massage and can honestly say ive never felt better. I will definitely be back!!

I’ve just had my 3rd session with the lovely Marihah and I’m honestly so impressed with the results! After only 3 sessions I’ve already noticed a huge difference, far more than I expected.
