The staff are friendly and took the time to explain the process and what to expect, which made me feel comfortable. The clinic itself is very clean and well-maintained. My technician is professional and made sure I'm at ease during each session. After a few sessions, I’ve already noticed a significant reduction in hair growth, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

It was my first session with Safa and she was so thorough. I’ve had a different practitioner here but Safa made me realise how thorough she was compared the other girl. She asked me about my target areas and also took the time to remove the gel and wipe each area down. I will only have Safa going forward for my sessions, that’s how good she was.

Had 3 sessions of body contouring here, it is easy to find (next door to jewellery quarter train station). The lady conducting my sessions is very knowledgeable about the treatment and I have started seeing results in a short time (just after the second session). Highly reccommended xx

I recently had a laser hair removal treatment at this clinic and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My practitioner, Mariyah, was absolutely amazing — she made me feel so comfortable, especially as I was quite nervous to begin with. She was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything, which really helped put me at ease. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and really easy to get to. The laser machine they use is top quality and virtually pain-free, which I didn’t expect. I also really appreciate how accommodating they were with my schedule.

I’ve just had my 3rd session with the lovely Marihah and I’m honestly so impressed with the results! After only 3 sessions I’ve already noticed a huge difference, far more than I expected. I didn’t believe laser could be painless, but the whole experience has been completely comfortable and stress-free, which makes such a difference. The girls were lovely and followed up on every query I had after every session. My hair is literally non existent other than a small patch on my leg but I’m sure that will go over my next few sessions! Thank you for everything swisslaser! I was originally booked for a combination of Ultrasonic Cavitation, Radio-frequency skin tightening, and vacuum suction contouring. However, after a thorough consultation, the staff recommended a different treatment approach that they believed would be more beneficial and yield better results for my specific needs.
