I’ve been visiting Kyomi now since 2020 (the part where we were allowed). From skin peels to laser hair removal, she’s my woman! I am so glad that I found her, she is a very talented and knowledgeable professional. She will always talk through her recommendation to enable you to make an informed decision. I’ve always felt comfortable and see results with the treatments I have. This was the first time I had the million dollar facial and I saw the freshness to my skin instantly! I came in for a blow-dry the added brow shaping and couldn’t be happier with the results. My hair looked sleek and full of volume, and my brows were shaped beautifully natural but defined. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend!

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I had the deep cleanse facial, milk spots and skin tag removal. Initially after having the treatment my face was very sore and puffy and I was concerned. I was advised by Tammy and Shelby that it will take 5days to heal and settle down. On the 6th day I have literally amazing skin 💕 everything has healed and skin is fresh and glowing!!! Cannot thank Tammy and Shelby enough they are both very kind & welcoming. I will be back for future treatments and I have had so many compliments on how clearer my skin is looking. Carly is amazing, so knowledgeable, friendly, patient and really takes her time to get the best end result for you. All appointments I’ve been to with her have been tailored to exactly what I need at that time, she’s fab. 100% the best Lymphatic drainage and sculpting I have had.

I had a carbon laser facial treatment. Not had one before so a little anxious. Mikey put me totally at ease explaining each element of the treatment. Very pleased with results, already booked another one!

Excellent service yesterday, I called in a bit of a panic requiring a last minute appointment for laser hair removal after being let down by someone else and was in the clinic within two hours.
