This was an appointment for my daughter to have the keratin treatment, booked with Rosie. The results were fab, Rosie didn't rush, my daughter felt completely comfortable and end result was perfect. Redlocks has a lovely atmosphere and would highly recommend.

Just had my first ever keratin treatment with Michael. I am beyond happy with my hair! I’ve never had such smooth, frizz free hair! It’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever done for my hair, no more frizz and so much easier to manage. It is worth every penny!! Once again Michael has worked his magic. The best in the business!!! Thank you

I had a cut and keratin treatment by Tom today. As always he exceeds my expectations. I had a really stylish cut, and my hair is shiny and smooth. Absolutely love this salon, a truly professional and talented team that treat you like one of their family. Keep being you.

My first time at the salon today. It’s cosy, friendly & welcoming which felt good on a grisly rainy morning. I booked with Michael for a keratin smoothing treatment. He had answered a few of my questions beforehand over WhatsApp. Then in the salon he gave me a full consultation about the treatment and potential outcomes. It was very reassuring as I’ve never had a treatment like this before. I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome. My hair feels so soft and silky. I can now face the winter months without frizzing each time I step out of the door! Thank you!

Very nice and professional

Michael has been doing my hair amazingly for over 2 years now. My latest visit I mentioned to him that my scalp has been sore, he got his microscope and had a look at my scalp for me, he noticed I could possibly have an infection, gave me the photos and told me to go straight to the pharmacist! I did so and they prescribed me a treatment shampoo and it’s immediately started helping! There is no ends to the knowledge this man has about hair and scalp health!! Can’t thank him enough, so helpful. You’re in safe hands with Michael I can assure you!!

Emily was absolutely lovely and I am over the moon with my cut. I was delighted to get a slot last minute before going on hols. My hair is very dry and frizzy and embarrassingly tangled, but Emily was so patient and professional. Thank you for a great experience.

Michael is an amazing hairdresser. I have long, thick, curly hair, and for years, I struggled to find someone who knew how to cut it in a way that worked with its natural shape and texture (so many stylists default to blunt cuts, which just don’t work for curls). I’ve been so impressed with how confidently and skillfully Michael layers my curls. He creates shape without adding bulk, volume without frizz, and movement without losing the length I love. Every cut I’ve had with him has been consistent, flattering, and easy to manage—even as the weeks go by. That’s rare to find. 100% recommend!

Callum made me feel very comfortable considering I had my 6 week old with me. He adapted everything for me to fit her pram in and made sure I felt comfortable even when she was crying. The team were lovely and the salon is beautiful as well. Thank you😊

I postponed having my hair done as I find the experience of salons overwhelming. Ruchie Hair Boutique was recommended by a friend. I felt comfortable straight away when I arrived, I got a friendly reception and was offered a drink as it was a warm day. Michael and I had a chat about what I wanted and did my hair (cut & blow dry). I am so happy with the result, I feel like a new woman as it was quite a big change, I wanted a lot of hair cut off. Michael cut it and styled it beautifully in a way I will be able to do myself. I had lots of compliments about my hair, I’m super happy!

First time in the salon and straight away was made to feel welcome by Michael and Lauren. What a lovely pair they are. Michael listened and understood how troublesome my hair can be. He cut it exactly how I wanted and I’m so pleased. I promise I am coming back 😊

Fabulous experience as always. Jade did an amazing keratin treatment on my hair. It looks shiny and healthy. My husband and children love it too. Great cut and blow dry too.
