This was an appointment for my daughter to have the keratin treatment, booked with Rosie. The results were fab, Rosie didn't rush, my daughter felt completely comfortable and end result was perfect. Redlocks has a lovely atmosphere and would highly recommend.

Went in today after going going to another hairdresser who had literally butchered my hair. These ladies listened to what I had to say and turned my mess of a hair into a beautiful hairstyle. Just had my first ever keratin treatment with Michael. I am beyond happy with my hair! I’ve never had such smooth, frizz free hair! It’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever done for my hair, no more frizz and so much easier to manage. It is worth every penny!! Once again Michael has worked his magic. The best in the business!!! I’ve been coming to Michael for 4 years now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else, he is excellent and always gets the results you ask for. The salon is beautiful, professional yet personable. The added treatment to the hair wash really shows that they care about their clients. Lovely coffee and biscuits too!

Michael is an amazing hairdresser. I have long, thick, curly hair, and for years, I struggled to find someone who knew how to cut it in a way that worked with its natural shape and texture (so many stylists default to blunt cuts, which just don’t work for curls). I’ve been so impressed with how confidently and skillfully Michael layers my curls. He creates shape without adding bulk, volume without frizz, and movement without losing the length I love. Every cut I’ve had with him has been consistent, flattering, and easy to manage—even as the weeks go by. That’s rare to find. 100% recommend!

I attended Saturday after rescheduling my keratin appointment due to sickness earlier this month and was taken good care of by the salon owner Jo. I have today since washed my hair for the 1st time post treatment and what a breeze it was to blowdry. I have had so many compliments from family members, friends and work colleagues thank you so much Jo for your hard work and company. I still to this day don’t know who was more excited for the appointment Jo, Sophie my usual stylist or myself. I would 100% recommend this treatment it’s a life changer for all the frizzy curly haired girls out there.

Michaela got me in last minute for a consultation which was fab, discussed what I wanted done, did my test patch and back out within 15mins. Was so easy to get booked in for for up coming treatment too. 😊
