Upon arrival, I was told the stylist i was booked with was not available due to unforseen circumstances, at 1st I was not happy but Jessica stepped in immediately making me feel comfortable with her friendly demeanor. I absolutely love my hair! I had T-bar highlights and a keratin treatment done, and the results exceeded my expectations. Fatimah managed to achieve beautiful light brown highlights without using bleach, which I honestly didn't think was possible with my dark hair. Everything was done so professionally, and the end result is stunning. I couldn't be happier—highly recommend!

What a great find! Jessica did my nails on Friday and they are the best I've ever had! Then on Saturday, Michaela and Nichole fixed my hair in the most dramatic way - for the first time in my life, I have manageable hair after the Nano treatment! Colour and cut is also amazing! My 1st time visiting the salon. Before my appointment, Sandy advised the best option or service based on what I wanted done. Polygel with rubber base. But I ended up with full soft tips. This means they are flexible as per the client's needs. Thank you, Sandy, for making me feel welcomed. I love the close relationships the ladies have with their regular clients.
